COVID Safety

We at Crew’s Quarters are actively taking the necessary steps in preventing the spread of Coronavirus. We believe that the safety of both our guests and team members is of the upmost importance.

The team is actively monitoring the current pandemic situation and will update this plan in accordance to any changes made to local health and state authorities. At this time all COVID restrictions have been lifted in the state of Massachusetts however we continue to take the below precautions for the safety of our guests.

Public areas:

• Staff may continue to wear masks in public areas of the Boarding House due to increases in recent COVID cases in the Provincetown area.

• Weather permitting, our house windows will be open allowing fresh air to flow throughout guest and common areas.

• The Boarding House will not be providing any form of breakfast, food or beverage until further notice. No guest food will be stored in the employee kitchen area. The Boarding House will not provide guests with any multi-use plates or silverware.

• All public area surfaces will undergo a twice daily cleaning with approved CDC recommended chemicals. This includes any high touch point areas such as handrails, doorknobs, and guest room keys.

• All guest room surfaces will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized with approved CDC recommended chemicals. High touch point areas will include door handles, guest refrigerators, and light switches.
   

Adjustments to standard service during the COVID pandemic:

• Single-use guest amenities will be placed in the room before arrival. No communal amenities are allowed within the guest house.

• Fresh laundered towels with be placed in guest rooms prior to arrival.

• Restroom cleaning will be conducted at least twice a day during the specified times outlined.

• The Boarding House will provide antibacterial wipes, hand sanitizer and/or a CDC recommended cleaner for guest use to spray in their rooms upon request.
